Buyer Plans – Premier Plan
The Premier Plan is a way for buyers to receive coverage for items and systems that are usually excluded from coverage under the Base Plan. This includes things such as the fees for permits that are mandated by the government. To provide you with another example, if you had a single family home with a $100 deductible, you may pay $588.
With this plan, you are able to receive up to $1,000 that is good toward excluded items. There is a limit of one covered item per claim, and you can receive up to two claims per year. Unused portions of this cannot be applied to a future claim.
Seller plans only come with a single family or a condo/townhome option. If you choose a single family home with a deductible of $100, you will most likely pay $489 for coverage.
