About Old Republic
Old Republic was established in 1974, and initially served the state of California until they joined the subsidiary company, Old Republic International in 1982. Old Republic works with contractors that will uphold their mission and vision, which is to provide premier customer service and a “well balance mix of home warranty coverage, price and service with genuine care.” Their contractors have to apply to be in the network and must be well versed in plumbing, heating, air conditioner/ cooling and other services. According to the BBB, customers prefer Old Republic for their attentiveness, customer service and broad range of plan options.
Old Republic has three different plan options. Each plan includes basic protection for your home on common things that may need to be repaired after years of use. - Service request can be made 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Homeowners have the option of choosing a contractor in the Old Republic Network to perform the service.
- Most contracts are 12 months and a fee may apply for early cancellation.
